1. Acceptance of Terms & Parental Responsibility
Dada School is designed for students in Grades 1 through 8 under the supervision of parents or legal guardians. A parent or guardian must register the account, accept these Terms, and supervise student participation. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
2. Educational Services & Subscriptions
Dada School provides gamified educational content, cognitive gyms, arcade games, and parental analytics. Subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled by the subscriber through the account dashboard. All memberships include an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee.
3. User Conduct & Community Safety
All student interactions, clubs, and asynchronous multiplayer activities must adhere to our friendly community code of conduct. Cheating, exploiting software glitches, harassment, offensive usernames, or attempts to bypass parental safety controls will result in account suspension.
4. Intellectual Property & Arcade Rights
All original characters, artwork, audio tracks, curriculum materials, software code, and game mechanics on Dada School are the intellectual property of Dada School. Users receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for educational purposes.
5. Service Modifications & Termination
We continually update and refine our learning content, arcade games, and platform features. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
