We do not collect personal identifying information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Children explore, learn, and play using pseudonymous avatars and gamer tags. Real names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses are never requested from child accounts.
2. Information Collected from Parents
When registering a family account, we collect parent contact details (such as parent email address and encrypted authentication credentials) and billing information processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store raw payment card data on our servers.
3. Educational Progress & Gameplay Telemetry
To provide adaptive learning experiences and parental progress reports, our system logs student gameplay metrics, such as quiz scores, response latency, lesson completion status, and active study duration. This data is strictly used for educational optimization and is never sold, leased, or used for commercial profiling.
4. Zero Advertisements & Third-Party Trackers
Dada School is 100% ad-free. We do not incorporate third-party advertising networks, behavioral tracking pixels, or cross-site data aggregators. Your family's learning environment is completely protected from commercial distractions and corporate surveillance.
5. Parental Rights & Data Deletion
Parents maintain the absolute right to review, export, or permanently delete all data associated with their family account at any time. Simply contact our privacy compliance team at [email protected], and all associated student records will be expunged within 48 hours.
